build_travel_connectivity_guide
Provide one or more destinations, days per stop, number of travelers, usage profile, hotspot expectations, and a coarse device-readiness state. The tool returns a deterministic data estimate, route risks, questions to confirm, offline-readiness tasks, and safe fallbacks.

Data handling
The tool performs deterministic calculations in memory and does not persist tool inputs or outputs in application storage. It does not ask for names, contact details, account credentials, payment information, passport data, or precise location. Ordinary request metadata may be present in infrastructure access logs.
Troubleshooting
- Include at least one destination and the number of days.
- Use a trip length between 1 and 90 days per stop.
- For device uncertainty, select or describe the readiness state as unsure.
