Installed an eSIM but it's not working? No signal? Can't activate it? No internet?
Don’t worry — in 90% of cases, the issue can be fixed in 2–3 minutes. In this guide, we’ll show you step-by-step what to do if your eSIM doesn’t work on iPhone or Android.

📡 No internet connection during installation
🧾 Wrong QR code or manual data
🔧 Device doesn’t support eSIM
🚫 eSIM profile not activated
🌐 No coverage from selected carrier
📱 Software update or cache conflicts
🕓 Activation delay (can take up to 15 min)
Your model supports eSIM (iPhone XR or newer)
Go to: Settings → Cellular → Turn on eSIM line
Airplane mode is turned off
Correct line is selected as default
Restart your iPhone
Delete and reinstall the eSIM: Settings → Cellular → Remove Cellular Plan
Reinstall via Skyalo app or scan the QR again

Your phone supports eSIM (e.g., Galaxy S20+, Pixel 3+, etc.)
Go to: Settings → Network & Internet → SIM cards
Turn on eSIM profile
Check if your carrier has coverage in the area
Restart your Android
Delete the eSIM profile in settings
Reinstall using Skyalo or scan the QR again

Make sure you're in an area with coverage
If eSIM is installed but internet doesn’t work, check if the eSIM is set as the default line
Check APN settings (usually set automatically, but can be configured manually)

No coverage where there should be
